As Founding Designer & Creative Director we created the brand and shipped core product experience from zero to launch in 3 months. Designed the $RUG token claim platform with NFT lookup tools and social sharing, plus a real-time show scheduling system

Results

Genesis NFT collection: $7.5M primary sales, $50M+ secondary sales. NFT stats page increased secondary sales 40%. Strategic design (Twitter banner NFTs, cross-brand collaborations, social sharing, creator tools) grew Twitter 0→100K followers and increased website traffic 60%. 20,000 collectors became organic brand ambassadors.
